Job and Project Management Update
We are pleased to introduce a new and improved interface for managing incoming contracts and selecting talents for projects. You can now view the status of each incoming talent for the project in a more intuitive way, similar to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You can also change active contracts within projects, which allows company admins to replace a talent when necessary, for example, if they are sick or unable to continue. All digital contracts and files will still be stored within the project. In summary, the update includes:

We are thrilled to announce our web3 blockchain integration, which allows your company environment to connect with the blockchain world. Talents and company members can now log in with their Metamask (a Web3 wallet) and view web3 transactions. Additionally, we have enabled web3 rewards for talents based on activity and show balances of customized tokens. Please note that this feature is not available for standard environments.

API Extension
As previously announced, we released the capabilities of our platform to enable you to receive job listings from your whitelabel environment and distribute them across multiple channels through our API's via Zapier and Wordpress plugin.

We updated the network cards to support the extra information from talents and give a better insight from the talent pool overview. Also the possibility to directly engage from the talent pool by the selector button that is added on the talentpool overview.

Talent Compliancy Check - Profiles πŸ“–
Introducing, the talent compliancy checker. Our first step to automated compliancy reporting what shows if talents you hire are allowed to work. In this first version we implemented the Dutch compliancy workflow on profiles with integrated Chamber of Commerce number check.

Coming weeks we will continue with extended functionalities and different countries.

We are continuously improving Bubty. In this update we improved the way how pay-outs are managed and organised within a project creation.

The project creation has been improved to easily make a digital contract based on 4 parts: Interval, Budget Type, Budget Amount and Currency. Based on this information a digital contract is made and offered towards your selected talents.

Multi-currency feature for pay-outs €￑$
You are now able to change your currency within the company profile. This currency will be used in creating all your future pay-outs. Talents you invite will see the currency you offer within the project offer and pay-outs.
