We kick-off this update with a huge improvement on the talent profiles, the core of your talent pool. All the information you need and a super clean design.
Updated network cards 📇
We updated the network cards to support the extra information from talents and give a better insight from the talent pool overview. Also the possibility to directly engage from the talent pool by the selector button that is added on the talentpool overview.
Talent Compliancy Check - Profiles 📖
Introducing, the talent compliancy checker. Our first step to automated compliancy reporting what shows if talents you hire are allowed to work. In this first version we implemented the Dutch compliancy workflow on profiles with integrated Chamber of Commerce number check.
Coming weeks we will continue with extended functionalities and different countries.
New onboarding for talents 👩🏽💻
If that was not enough, we are incredibly happy to introduce the new onboarding process. We revamped the onboarding to make it an "experience first" onboarding.
Contract e-singing functionalities ✍🏻
We have more... we couldn't hold it to add a easier way to sign onboarding document digitally. With our integrated e-signing functionality we will continue to improve the contract usage within the environment and extend this feature to other locations. Access the contract templates within the settings and build your own contracts with the drag & drop environment.
