Job and Project Management Update
We are pleased to introduce a new and improved interface for managing incoming contracts and selecting talents for projects. You can now view the status of each incoming talent for the project in a more intuitive way, similar to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You can also change active contracts within projects, which allows company admins to replace a talent when necessary, for example, if they are sick or unable to continue. All digital contracts and files will still be stored within the project. In summary, the update includes:
Skills and Services AI
As we prepare for our AI matching algorithm, we have standardized our use of skills and services within the environment. Our skills and services can now be picked and selected based on our skills and services learning AI. Our AI learns from the library of all active services and skills of 250 million job platforms. This update includes:
Tagging of Talents
We have added a long-awaited feature that allows you to group your talents by tagging them with a custom tag. This will make it easier for you to customize and streamline certain groupings of your talent pool. The tag will be searchable in every step of the platform.
Web3 Ready
We are thrilled to announce our web3 blockchain integration, which allows your company environment to connect with the blockchain world. Talents and company members can now log in with their Metamask (a Web3 wallet) and view web3 transactions. Additionally, we have enabled web3 rewards for talents based on activity and show balances of customized tokens. Please note that this feature is not available for standard environments.
Other improvements and bug fixes
